Battalion, as you probably could have guessed are a war themed death metal band, and they hail from Belgium. And if you are smart you have already came to the conclusion that Belgian war themed death metal sounds like a fucking win. And it is! And so is this album. Battalion play mid paced death metal with catchy riffs not to unlike Bolt Thrower or the more upbeat side of Asphyx. So grab a bottle of your favorite Belgian beer (there should be many) and prepare to bang your god damn head.
