Middian was formed by Mike Scheidt after YOB broke up, (they have since reunited) but what a tale this band has to tell. The band MIDIAN http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Midian/3540265592 decided to do the most american thing possible and take them to court for using their name, although spelled differently even. They however won, causing Middians demise, and Mike Scheidt went back to YOB.
