so we played holi in college on Monday (both Tuesday and Wednesday being holidays)... and by the time we were done, we were all human scarecrows who'd either withstood a heavy shower, or an astronomical dust storm or a plain egg/tomato-bath- all in technicolor. xD
following that we smoked like fuckall and then
we.had.THE.thing.
no not THAT thing you perv!! i meant BHAANG! should have listened to the poor bugger who was tripping by the time i'd reached the ledge to have my first drink...'don't have a lot. it'll take time', he'd said.
so gluggluglgug it went...half a litre down in one go.. oh and did i mention this was pure cannabis paste in water?? NO doodhbadaamandallthatshitincluded?
i was fine for 40fucking5 minutes and then
there was this FUGLY old hindi bollywood number playing so clearly in my ears, i was like HELL MAN I COULD SING THAT and play all the instruments and all the payals and not ONE note would go awry...and then everything started moving away and i was in a highceilinged old room looking down on myself and there was weird music and rohan and people were trying to make me understand i would be ok and i was like fuck you man i don't see right and then i was lying on the jheel paar ghaash, and everyone around me was a)either blacking out on the ghash or b)laughing/crying incessantly or c)walking around hallucinating or d)asking random people for help. then i saw some Mr Chomu Bangali babu wearing stupid striped shirt thing walk past and i saw his hair was streaked in the exact colour of his shirt stripes. HAHAH!! this is one consistent feature of my hallucinations. EVERYTIME i've tripped, i've always seen purple streaks in people's hair. (remember, Reema??)
So anyway it hasn't been this bad, and I was very scared at the end of it, and
if YOU hadn't been there to rush to JU, put your arms around me, kiss me and take me home, I wouldn't have woken up till the next morning... seeing as when I left, everyone else was still mucking around hopelessly... and even on me, the effect lasted for three days straight...
Thank you. :)
