So i decided to jump a little out of my "comfort zone" and post this sludge classic. Not my favorite genre by any means and still every time i listen to this album i dig it as much as i did the first time i heard it. I have heard several other crowbar records and they just dont do what this one does for me. It has the feel of a band that was truly in the moment while writing, as the majority of the songs are incredibly strong and as a matter of fact, there are 2 or 3 songs here that i consider to be among the best in the genre.
