This is the first and only full length by this polish death metal machine, although they had been releasing demos since 86. A few members were actually friends with Euronymous and had planned on doing a project with him called Moon before he was knifed in the head. Needless to say this is some god damn excellent death metal, fairly original, and its rare to hear a polish band that doesnt owe their sound to Vader. The 2 bands started roughly around the same time, although Vader didnt release a full length until 93. I believe if Imperator had stuck around they would be ranked right next to said band.
