I have said this before, this album is a gem surrounded by turds. And ive also said this is perfect for those that miss the coldness of early Enslaved albums (Frost muthafucka!). As you could probably guess Fortid play Viking black metal, but not the cheesy anthemic mead swigging pagan dancing music, they play a cold brutal war type viking black that will make you shiver and put on a jacket. Features Windir, Pantheon I, Curse, Thule, and Potentiam members. What now, poser.
