Sadogoat - Et In Arcadia Ego (demo)

Sadogoat was an early incarnation of what we now know as Sadomator. Releasing a hefty string of demos and splits beginning with this 1999 demo and then changing their name to Sadomator in 2005 although they still sometimes will put out material under the Sadogoat moniker. They are a band that definitely wears their influences on their sleeves, but that never bothered me at all (though many metalheads constantly bitch about it).

Holmgang - Runens Advarsel

Here we have debut full length from Holmgang, from denmark, via Total Holocaust Records. They play a melodic/pagan style black metal that sometimes reminds me of early Satyricon, and even hints of early Immortal. Have had this cd for quite a while, im still delving into it but find it interesting enough to share. Sorry about the lazy description :P
