Azure are, from Sweden playing...you guessed it, melodic black/death metal. Considering the number of bands playing this style (with Dissection at the top of the heap) i can't say they are A-listers, nor are they bottom rung. The musicianship is quite good, the songwriting is standard fare, the vocals are what i believe to be the weakest point, possibly even holding back the rest of the band. But if you are a die hard fan of this very typical Swedish sound, this will be worth a listen.
